HAVENING TECHNIQUES
APPROACH

 

By relying on our neurological reactions to touch to modify the coding of our stress triggers, Havening Techniques help both our minds and bodies feel better. The process works by altering the electrochemical state in the brain.


Several Havening Techniques have been developed to take advantage of these biological changes. Some of these are: 

Event

Havening

Used to remove psychological trauma encoded from specific events that have created significant associated emotional responses, such as phobias developed from traumatic memories.

Transpirational Havening

Works on removing the mental charge of burdening emotions associated with single or multiple events, leaving room for the creation of new positive emotional states.

Works to increase peak performance and well-being and helps anchor supportive emotional states associated with their achievement.

We use these techniques in a coaching process to accompany people, to help them overcome emotional issues and reach their goals quickly in areas of performance, change management and phobia removal.

Self-Havening :

This neurobiological method aims to break the links between disturbing events we may encounter and the emotions attached to them. It is very effective in reducing stress and negative emotions, but also in developing self-confidence and optimism.

Self-Havening can be very effective for decreasing stress and strong negative emotions, as well as developing self-confidence and optimism.

Applying Self-Havening in a few steps:

STEP 1

First, activate the specific emotional state you want to optimize. For example, if you want to increase your self-confidence, imagine or remember what that feeling looks like.

STEP 2

Then begin Self-Havening by applying the Havening touch to your face, arms and palms in repetitive circular motions.

STEP 3

Focus on your positive healing emotional state and repeat the words that describe how you feel.

STEP 4

Let your imagination expand and amplify that feeling within you.

STEP 5

Finally, express the words that come to mind to anchor the emotional state.
