Routine Self-Havening is a highly effective tool for reducing stress, building emotional stamina, and enhancing self-confidence. Many people working in stressful situations (medical, police, fire, security, etc.) have found immense relief with regular self-havening. Also people preparing for stressful events such as a presentation, an interview, a big meeting, and surgery, find that self-havening gives them better control over their attitude and emotional state. In emergency situations where traumatisation can potentially occur, Havening is an exceptionally powerful tool to alleviate anxiety.

Attend a Havening workshop if you’re not quite ready or able to become a certified Havener, but you are interested in learning more and benefiting yourself from these amazing techniques. Havening techniques are ground-breaking in the field of personal change, based on many years of clinical observations, research and ongoing development. Even though the process seems simple and you can learn it quickly, the effects are remarkable. Havening appears to create measurable physiological changes in the structure and the landscape of the brain.

In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn and practice self-havening techniques. We will explain the science behind how Havening Techniques work. You will learn how to self-haven for professional and personal development work, as well as for emotional self-help.

In our executive coaching, we often apply Havening Techniques to clients who have stress issues. Havening proves very helpful in dealing with burn-out, relationships, performance pressure and low self-esteem. We use Havening Techniques within the coaching process because it is extremely effective in helping people overcome emotional issues and reaching their objectives more quickly.
